Just email or call us to get started.

• You choose the design you like from our gallery. For many of the designs we can change the basic template colors.

• We send you by email a preliminary questionnaire in a Microsoft Word document which leads you through the process. You fill it out and return it to us.

• You decide whether you want the listings module and/or a bit of Flash.

• You make available to us a domain name. We cannot build the site for you without one.

• You can change the names of the pages/buttons prior to site creation. However, you must keep in mind that for some designs (usually the ones with a horizontal navigation bar) the amount of text you can have on each button is limited.

• Based on the content of the preliminary questionnaire, we send you a to-do list.

• You supply your own photos/graphics to replace those in the design if you wish to do that. At a minimum you'd want to supply a photo of yourself.

• You write site copy and email it to us. If you need help with writing, we can recommend a copy writer.

• You contact your MLS to get a 'framed, authorized IDX link'. When they provide it, you forward the email to us.

• When your to do list is completed and all components have been emailed to us, we build the site.

• When you give us the okay, the site goes live.
